Donna Lambert, who has no criminal record is facing trial on 7 felony counts related to two minor sales of a quarter ounce of marijuana.

One of 14 victims of the District Attorney led “Operation GreenRx” (estimated cost to taxpayers – over $2million dollars) in which up to 10 detectives spent countless hours and about six months infiltrating and entrapping all those in the medical marijuana community who they could find to help them, Donna Lambert will be facing her last chance in front of a judge to request that this case be dismissed.

She will join us by phone from California.

In his new life as an anti-prohibition crusader and activist filmmaker, he is just as ferocious, but now it is directed at his former colleagues in law enforcement who are sweating his intimidating.
